CHALLENGE
Nutricaddie as a brand was in its infancy, when Kinergy Media onboarded as a growth partner they had been running for 3 months. Nutricaddie were struggling to pin down their core customer and drive consistent sales. They also found it challenging to build a creative strategy to grow and nurture their customers.
OBJECTIVE
Kinergy Media needed to identify the core target audience to build a creative strategy around them and deliver profitable results within a 3-month time frame.
METHOD
Conduct deep research on brand and competitor analysis, whilst building out key personas to build the creative and growth strategy around.
SUCCESS
Within the first 2 months we built up a bank of customer data to curate core personas. By the 3rd month we decreased CAC by 63%, increased ROAS to 2.35 and maintained a 3% CVR whilst scaling.
