6. HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA

All data is stored within our secure Google Workspace environment, protected by two-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and encryption in transit and at rest. We do not store personal data on unsecured devices or share it via unencrypted channels.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

•       Website enquiry data — up to 12 months from date of enquiry

•       Client contact and business data — 6 years following end of engagement

•       Client customer data — deleted or returned upon termination on written request

8. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share it only where necessary with:

•       Google Workspace — our secure internal storage and communications platform

•       Meta and TikTok — where managing advertising campaigns on your behalf

•       Legal or regulatory authorities — only where required by law

We do not transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) in place.

9. COOKIES

Like most websites, kinergymedia.com uses cookies — small text files stored on your device to help the site function correctly and remember your preferences.

We only use strictly necessary cookies, which do not require your consent under UK PECR. These include cookies that store your consent preference, maintain your browsing session, and protect our contact form against spam.
